Claret Flint is an administrative leader and the biggest creditor in Roscaelifer. She is the head of an influential clan and the top financial creditor within the city of Roscaelifer. She uses an electric-based combat kit that blends blacksmith forging themes with blood axe weaponry. Roxy has a special porcelain heart that stops working from time to time. Claret gave Roxy the chance to leave her service, but Roxy chose to stay.
