This character is Carlesha, an original anthro snake character created by internet artist PeterJuice (also known as PeterJuice744) She is a large, brown anthropomorphic snake stylized with a black cowboy hat, distinct yellow reptilian eyes, and exceptionally large, exaggerated red lips. Due to her unique and comedic appearance, her character assets have been adapted into custom fighter mods within the 2D fighting game engine M.U.G.E.N. She likes to fight using her lips and kisses only, draining health and breath to those who make contact with her lips. (This was straight up using Google AI, no wikis of her sadly)
