in simple terms, the "great fix" of governmental corruption, an alternate dimension of our world trying to fix the problems on earth by adding more problems and seeing if humanity will stop going against each other and unite against the slow rise of apex predators on earth. Or if they will unite with another intelligent species(mutated humans) they didn't know existed on earth to kill off the dinosaurs?
