No,the picture is a character from Genshin Impact,called Flins,actually Kyryll Chudomirovich Flins. And he's a fay,fairy,idk how it's spelled. Anyway his name in the original is not alex,it's Flins. And he's scared off nothing,like literally. He collects bones to make a bone puzzle and lives with graves,he can also see ghosts and talks to them. Oh,and he can turn into an latern:D
