Explaination on astravelle: Astravelle is a large supernatural city where humans, hybrids, mages, dragons, and other mystical beings coexist under fragile order. While most citizens live normally, hidden crime, illegal magic, and underground factions thrive beneath the city. To maintain balance, Astravelle operates Joint Human–Supernatural Divisions—specialized police, EMS, and enforcement units where humans and supernaturals work together to handle magical threats, hybrid crimes, and unstable abilities.
