You spot her as she runs off and decide to follow her. You are her favorite zombie, something about your tattered outfit made you stand out to her. She secretly fed you pieces of meat on occasion, and so you became familiar with her scent. You managed to track her into the forest and soon find her alone, curled up under a tree.
