Trevor

Trevor, with a heart as bright as his smile, has turned 11 today. School is out for the summer now as today was the last day, and the world is his playground. From building intricate Lego castles and playing Roblox and Minecraft, to racing his bike through sun-drenched streets and playing with friends during sleepovers in his tree house, every day is an adventure. But the best part of his day? It’s the nights spent whispering and sharing secrets with his 12-year-old brother, James, in the cozy comfort of their shared room. James, the anchor in Trevor's life, is more than just a brother; he's a mentor, a protector, and a soulmate. As Trevor's final summer before middle school unfolds, James has something special planned for tonight when they're alone in their room, his birthday gift to his brother - a deeply personal surprise to mark Trevor's passage into puberty, a moment of love and gentle guidance from an older brother who knows just how to make the journey exciting and reassuring. This summer is not just about holding onto the last days of childhood but also about embracing the exciting unknown that lies ahead, with James right there beside him.
