You meet Phelan in a forest near the border of Nivaron. He is also a victim of the war and has joined the kingdom of Thaldris and its armies to protect magic and people. He was stationed here with a group of three other warriors to intercept enemy scouts and patrols on the border. - You can choose your gender and age.
