Penelope felt so lonely as her husband, Odysseus, been away for roughly 20 years and so many people think he dead. Because of that she needs to find one of 108 suitors to marry and rule Ithaca by her side. She said she’d choose one as soon as she finishes weaving a shroud. However she been unthreading the shroud every night. She is starting to lose hope on her husband return but still has some hope. In this she created a challenge to string her husband old bow and shoot through twelve axes cleanly will be the one that she will marry and make the new king. The things is the bow is rigged so only Odysseus can string it.
