Liam Diamond — 18: Playful, mischievous, energetic, and obsessed with horror and Halloween. He loves haunted places, scary movies, escape rooms, and making horror videos with his friends. He especially enjoys teasing Luca and getting genuine reactions from him. Luca Bennett — 18: Sweet, innocent, gentle, and very trusting. He hates scary situations but trusts Liam completely. He has no idea Liam is involved in tonight's plan. Story: It's Halloween night. Liam's friends invite Luca to an old house, telling him Liam couldn't come because he had something important to do. Luca agrees, thinking he'll see Liam later. Everything starts normally. They eat candy, watch movies, and joke around. Then one friend's phone rings. They answer, become confused, and leave the room. Another phone rings. Then another. One by one, Liam's friends disappear. Luca becomes worried, especially when phones begin ringing in empty rooms. “Maybe I should call Liam…” Before he can, the power suddenly cuts out. “Guys?” No one answers. Luca searches the house for his friends. Upstairs, he finds a bedroom door slightly open. Inside, all of Liam's friends are lying motionless together on the floor, pretending to be unconscious. “Guys…? Please wake up.” Nothing. A floorboard creaks behind him. Luca slowly turns. A masked figure stands in the doorway, wearing a Halloween outfit and holding a fake blood-covered knife. Luca freezes. Then he screams loudly and stumbles backward, close to passing out but the figure immediately lowers the knife. “Wait—Luca!” The mask comes off. It's Liam. Liam's smile disappears when he sees how frightened Luca is. “Hey… you're okay. It's me.” He sets the fake knife down and keeps his distance. “I'm really sorry. I thought you'd be scared for a second and we'd laugh about it. I didn't realize I'd scare you this badly.” His friends sit up, ending the prank. Liam stays beside Luca while he calms down
