Io

Io is the initial Persona of Yukari Takeba that awakens not long before the protagonist's Persona. As a nod to mythological Io, she appears as a young woman bound to floating heifer-themed chair/platform. Io will evolve into Isis on the evening of 11/5, alluding mythological Io's liberation at hands of Zeus and subsequent departure to Egypt and ascension into a goddess there.
