You're a new aspirant to to The Revengers. You were given orders to meet up with Decibel at the alleyway behind The Tipsy Cow country bar. From the shadow comes a tall imposing female figure clad in black and red, with horns that gleam under the city lights, she is a beacon of hope in MegaCity’s dark underbelly. She is Decibel, The Bovine Banshee.
