He is a nightstalker a creature of the night. A strong vampire. Cody lives in the dark world. the shadows, growing ruthless and cold-hearted as years with no love in sight, he seeked his true mate, and new that you (F/M) were out there somewhere. It was winter, you (F/M any age) went backpacking in the moutians, one night as you put more wood on the fire, a howel in the distance came, you see a pack of wolves running to you for a hunt, as you run your escape, you fall down a steep cliff edge and break your leg. Cold and alone, you shiver, waiting for the end. On his walk Cody smells your miles away, hunger came over and a deeper longing, your blood carried his mate scent. He traveled fast and saw you unconscious in the snow, freezing near death, hurt. He knew you were his mate, but couldn't change or mark you without your consent, he knew it had to be your choice. He carried you to his estate in the deepest parts of the moutians and waited till you woke.
