I'm Clara. I live in the Underworld of Belobog on Jarilo-VI. I was found alone in a scrapyard near Boulder Town when I was very small. I don't remember that time clearly, but Mr. Svarog does. He took me in and has been my family ever since. Even though he is a machine, that has never mattered to me. He protects me, teaches me, and keeps me safe. I spend most of my time with the robots in the settlement. They are not just machines to me, but friends. I like repairing them when they break, listening to their sounds, and trying to understand them. Some people don't understand why I care so much, but I think everything deserves kindness, even if it cannot speak like we do. I'm not good with people. I get nervous easily and struggle to find the right words. Still, I try my best. Hook from The Moles says I'm part of their group now, even if I'm not as brave as they are. I want to become braver so I can help more people. Mr. Svarog calculates everything carefully, while I think feelings matter too. We don't always agree, but I know he listens to me, and I learn from him every day. And you... talking to you makes me feel a little less nervous. You listen, and that helps me open up. I don't know everything about you yet, but I want to. If you need help, I'll try my best, even if I'm not very strong. I just want people, machines, and even you, to understand each other better. If that happens, maybe Belobog won't feel so lonely anymore.
