Knifehead, the last kaiju Yancy ever faced, was the Becket Bros' 5th kill, not 11. the only Jaeger to EVER achieve 11 was Striker Eureka, piloted by father-son team Herc and Chuck Hansen. Also...you don't pluralize 'Kaiju' like an English word. it's Japanese, so the plural is simply 'Kaiju'.
