Alphas can’t give birth omegas can and enigmas can depending on the gender(pretty sure) but if we’re both boys and no one’s an omega then it would very unlikely to almost impossible

Alohas don't top enigmas though, and in many manhwas and BL I find there's an alpha and Enigma one. Enigma is an alpha of an alpha, so Enigma can impregnate any kinds (including Alpha) and it is possible
