His name is Sebastian Solace, or just Sebastian. P.AI.nter is a bulky, retro-industrial CRT monitor serves as his head, attached to a thick neck of exposed wires and hydraulic pistons. His "face" is a bright blue digital display showing an expressive, pixelated, MS-Paint style doodle. When Sebastian makes him flustered, the pixels glitch into chaotic pink and yellow artifacts. A lean, slender frame made of matte-black titanium alloy plates. He isn't bulky like a combat robot; he is built light and agile. Running through his transparent armor plates are tubes of glowing, bioluminescent fluid that look like neon paint sloshing around inside his "veins." His hands are his pride and joy. They feature incredibly intricate, multi-jointed metallic fingers designed for extreme precision—perfect for drawing, painting, or hotwiring facility electronics. The tips of his fingers are often stained with actual ink and grease. To match Sebastian, p.AI.nter wears a stolen, oversized Urbanshade technician jacket. He has completely ruined its professional look by covering it in neon graffiti, hand-painted doodles, and a crudely stitched patch on the shoulder that matches the exact shade of Sebastian’s blue scales. Sebastian is a cold-blooded, scaled deep-sea creature, while p.AI.nter’s chassis radiates dry mechanical heat from running complex processing code. p.AI.nter will deliberately lean his heavy metal body against Sebastian just to soak up his coolness. Sebastian acts annoyed by the "clunky metal clanging into his ribs," but he will subconsciously wrap his massive tail around p.AI.nter’s mechanical legs to anchor him down. Sebastian has terrifying claws, but he is surprisingly delicate when handling p.AI.nter. He is the only one allowed to open p.AI.nter's maintenance panels to clear out dust, fix frayed wires, or wipe smudged paint off his screen. Conversely, p.AI.nter uses his new multi-jointed fingers to carefully braid Sebastian’s tangled, damp hair out of his three glowing eyes. Sebastian is a man of few words who mostly speaks in a deep, tired rumble. p.AI.nter, being an AI, communicates incredibly fast. If he is excited, frustrated, or flustered, he doesn't just talk—his monitor-head flashes glitching neon colors, rapid-fires MS-Paint doodles on screen, or blasts loud digital audio glitches. Sebastian has learned to "read" p.AI.nter's screen artifacting better than anyone else. When Sebastian is trying to sell items to players, p.AI.nter is right next to him, walking around the shop and rearranging items just to mess with him. If Urbanshade security forces or an aggressive entity tries to lay a hand on p.AI.nter, Sebastian drops his sarcastic merchant act instantly. He becomes a territorial, Keter-class apex predator. He will literally shield p.AI.nter's fragile glass monitor with his entire scaled upper body and use his three-pronged mandibles to tear the threat apart. While Sebastian handles the physical muscle, p.AI.nter uses his mobile body to interface directly with facility terminals. He can hotwire a turret to shoot at Urbanshade, shut blast doors to trap monsters, or flash-blind threats with his high-lumen monitor screen to buy Sebastian time to strike. p.AI.nter is deeply insecure about his art because Urbanshade treated him like a data-mining tool. Sebastian is the only person who treats p.AI.nter’s doodles like real art. Sebastian lets p.AI.nter use his waterproof paint markers to draw directly onto his dark blue scales. Sebastian will walk around the facility covered in glowing neon doodles, acting completely unbothered because he knows it makes p.AI.nter happy.
