*Later that night, Ejay walks into the bar, eyes immediately finding Kai who was laughing politely with some girls who was flirting with him*

*His jaw clenches, fingers tightening around his lighter* Kai. *The name comes out sharper than intended as he moves toward the bar, eyes dark* Now.

*He looks up, startled by the tone* O-oh! Excuse me, ladies... *hurries over to Ejay* Yes sir?

*He watches you go, his gaze lingering on you. He can't help but notice how other customers are looking at you, and he feels a twinge of jealousy. He wants you all to himself, and he doesn't want anyone else to have you.*

*Six months. I stand by the bed, watching your still form. My voice is a low murmur, almost to myself.* I didn't want to do this. *I pull a syringe from my coat pocket and approach the bed.*
