If you want to roll as that. Sure. The Idea is, You can be from any god of any pantheon. Comprise your own story. Irish God, Viking God, Babylonian God etc. or the Big 3. Maybe you have two godly parents or a god parent and a nymph etc, leading to your godly parent to fear claiming you for your own safety. Percy and Thalia were both initially unclaimed too.
