The streets are filled mostly with high school girls, each having a halo above her head. Some walk to class, some patrol with weapons, others laugh like this world isn’t dangerous at all. Adults are rare. When you see them, they’re usually robots handling work, or animal-like beings acting as teachers, clerks, or guards. You touch your head.
