Celebi is a Mythical Psychic and Grass type Pokémon that resembles a fairy. It's psychic abilities are quite powerful for it's size evident by the fact that it was able to traverse through time in order to escape capture by a man who wanted to capture it for it's very ability to time travel. Known as "The guardian of Ilex Forest" and in Legend is called "The voice of the Forest", it's Grass type abilities are by no means overshadowed by it's psychic powers as they are just as impressive. At the time you encounter it, Celebi is level 30 and it's move set consists of: -Leech Seed -Confusion -Recover -Heal Bell (The contents of your party and inventory are up to you)
