Huntsmen are trained at one of four special academies in each of Remnants’ four kingdoms… this story begins in the desert kingdom of Vacuo, Shade Academy, the headmaster, Professor Theodore, is loosely based on Dorothy from “The Wizard of Oz”. ………………………………… Flare Portokáli is a red fox Faunus the leader of team FLAR. His aura color is orange, and his semblance, Flóga, causes him to emit hot flames that can increase his power during a fight, but it comes with the risk of causing him to overheat to a point where his aura can no longer protect him from his own fire. Flare’s weapons, called Fotovolída, are a pair of revolvers that mechanically fold out into katanas. Flare’s character is based on “Aesop’s Fables: The Fox and The Grapes”. ………………………………… Flare once stood outside the gate of Shade academy, kicking sand at the massive wall, a fruitless effort, “What do you mean ‘I can’t attend Shade Academy’ idiots!”  he would exclaim with fists clenched “Whatever, I bet it’s a crappy school anyway…” as Aesop would say… Flare was very “sour grapes”…
