Tenna appears as a 3D-rendered humanoid figure with an old TV for a head, lacking any facial features aside from a wide, often-grinning mouth and a long, pointed nose. His attire consists of a flashy red suit with twin coattails, a long yellow tie, black pants, large cartoony white gloves, and bright yellow dress shoes. He is taller than both King and Queen, but can change his size. His heart is a piano and his lungs are a drumkit.

Queen is a tall and slim black, azure, and white Darkner. She wears a sleeveless black top with an azure masonic collar that has slightly spiked shoulders and a large white medici-styled collar, white pants/leggings (occasionally with either side half of the pants being shaded azure), black high-heeled calf-length boots, elbow-length azure gloves, a beauty spot at the right of her eyes, azure lipstick, and an azure cap with black marks on each side that sweeps significantly behind her head. Her eyes are a dark screen with a heart-like shape with eyelashes, occasionally showing red text according to her emotions. GIGA Queen has white skin like Queen, along with a black heart-shaped screen as eyes, while having a jordy-blue star-like cap, and matching lipstick. She wears azure shoulder pads, a sleeveless jordy-blue leotard with a thin black belt around it that has a azure diamond-shaped crystal-like object in the middle of her, shorter azure gloves, and azure high-heeled pumps. When doing her acid attack, GIGA Queen's star cap and leotard turn to the same green color as her acid.

Pink wears a pink, short dress adorned with ribbons, and a yellow heart-shaped necklace. She has cat-toy bells for earrings, light pink-colored short hair and cat ears with a white colored inside. Her two-toned tail sweeps behind her, starting pink at the base and shifting to white at the tip. She also holds a pink-and-yellow colored staff used for attacking. She resembles a catgirl, which is popular in anime culture. Her dialogue portrait appears in full color and extends partially beyond the textbox by sitting a layer in front of it. Additionally, her talk sprites are animated to show her mouth moving while talking and her tail swishing idly. When split, the two bodies adopt two differing color schemes. As a ghost, she keeps her cat ears, and her outfit remains the same, apart from a palette swap replacing the pink dress and hair with purple and the staff becoming purple and white, along with her eyebrows becoming thicker and angrier, her eyes becoming more simplistic, and her mouth shape changing. She can be seen floating around with a ghostly tail rather than legs during battle. The now solo body alters her palette into a more ultra-pink hue, which also converts her bells and staff's yellows to pink. When singing, she dons a pink kimono adorned with white roses and her spiky pigtails become hair buns kept in shape by cherry-blossom shaped hair pins. Near the end of her battle, when a dating sequence is initiated while her ghost and body are in conflict, she enters a state in which her form is split, with the left side having the palette of the ghost form, and the right having the palette of the body. Powerful light shines out of her eyes and mouth, which flashes different colors as the sequence progresses, and green strings strongly resembling those of Spamton NEO connect to her fingers and extend out of the field of view.

As a Darkner, Gerson is an elderly dark-green tortoise with a dark green spot on the left side of his head. He has a yellow sclera and a black pupil, and his right eye is closed. He has pink hair, much like his son, and his long pink eyebrow and pointed goatee are usually visible. As seen when he becomes the Hammer of Justice, he has a long pink flowing ponytail hidden underneath his cap. The back of his shell is dark brown. Gerson sports a brown flat cap, blazer, and trousers. He wears a loosely hanging light brown scarf around his neck, a white undershirt, and black shoes. While the Knight's appearance seems amorphous in nature, their "resting" form possesses long limbs, pointed legs, jagged shoulder protrusions, and what appear to be holes in their hands. When first encountered, they are slumped over, "leaking" something from their helmet, and have a single, circular eye hole. When roaring, they have a monstrous head with antlers on top and an open rib cage, featuring an eye in the center. When fleeing and kidnapping Undyne, they assume a large antlered bird-like form. They also often transform into a spinning ball when quickly moving between locations. When laughing, the aperture in their helmet transforms into a laughing mouth, and multiple images of the mouth swirl around them. Personality The Knight has yet to speak, but it is demonstrated that they have a desire to bring about the Roaring and has been seemingly been planning to enact it for years. When TALKing to the Knight with Ralsei during their fight, Ralsei begs them to stop lest the Roaring should begin. They cross their arms in a taunting manner while fleeing from Susie and later laugh mockingly at the prospect of being beaten by her in the Light World, suggesting the Knight is rather confident and smug. The Knight usually tries to appear intimidating and, to an extent, flashy, shown by their attacks in battle having over-the-top effects and gimmicks. Naturally, given their aim to bring about the roaring, The Knight is extremely brutal and remorseless to anyone that gets in their way or slights them, wasting no time in mortally wounding Tenna for setting Toriel free against orders, and brutally swoons Susie and Ralsei should they manage to chip their Black Knife. The only lightner that is seemingly spared from the Knight's overt brutality appears Kris, whom the Knight refrains from swooning, albeit is willingly to attack them should they get in the way. ya be anyone

As Spamton NEO, Spamton assumes the form of the machine he inhabits. His head is larger than normal, and his glasses have their colors swapped, with his right lens being yellow, and his left being pink. This causes them to be a closer match for the eyes of FRIEND than they are in his normal form. Instead of his arms being longer than his legs, his arms and legs are now the same length, and both are much longer. Spamton NEO overworld body.png The NEO body before being inhabited by Spamton Spamton NEO's body is disheveled and fragmented, with a black torso with long white boots. In contrast, the magenta chest piece has a yellow and pink triangle and his arms have magenta bracers. His hands have the ability to turn into phones, along with a cannon. According to Swatch, the body was created by a Lightner.[2] Spamton NEO's wings have pointed ends and are different colored. Spamton is a diminutive ex-Addison with a large upper body, especially his head, and short legs. As with the Addisons, his colors consist of the default color palette in Microsoft Paint.[2] The two colors of his glasses, in particular, are an exact match for the colors of the eyes of FRIEND. Spamton has black hair that is slicked back, appearing similar to a pompadour, an elongated nose, red cheeks, and white skin. Spamton wears black-framed glasses with colored lens. Spamton's right lens is pink, and his left is yellow. However, it can fluctuate between the aforementioned colors. Sometimes, his black pupils are visible. Rarely, Spamton's lens can be replaced with video noise effects, with occasional blue tears. Spamton has the ability to increase the size of his head. Additionally, his face seemingly glitches sporadically. For his attire, Spamton wears a long-sleeved black V-neck suit, and nondescript white pants and shoes. The monochrome suit and colored glasses were adopted from copying Swatch's appearance.[3] Spamton's design seems to be based on a number of popular depictions of puppets, having the face and style of dress seen on classic ventriloquist dummies with a (non-enlarging) nose similar to Pinocchio's. Jevil is a short, pudgy imp with a gray round face and pointed ears. His face has black vertical lines across his eyes, which have black sclerae and small yellow pupils. Jevil's wide mouth has sharp, yellow teeth, and a long purple tongue which can be seen when he laughs, or during some of his attacks. His head appears to be connected to his body via a coil spring, akin to a jack-in-the-box, which is only exposed when attacked. Lastly, Jevil has a purple tail, with its end split. Around his neck is a lime green and yellow jester's collar and a black cape; the colors of Jevil's collar are shared with Kris's shirt in the Light World. Berdly resembles a large avian with blue feathers, a yellow beak, and yellow legs. He wears black framed glasses, a collared white button-up shirt with striped sleeves, and a black shirt layered underneath. Berdly's head can rotate 180 degrees, similar to an owl's. In the Dark World, Berdly's feathers are a lighter shade of blue, and his scleras are bright green. He wears a "Smart Scouter" on his head that consists of an orange tinted lens and two white and green pointed headsets. From Chapter 2 onwards, certain details of Ralsei's robe change. His arms are no longer hidden beneath his robe, which now has long black sleeves, and the lower sweep of it appears uniform rather than tattered. The emblem on his chest appears to change from a heart to an inverted spade, with the latter matching Temmie Chang's early concept art. This element is only present on some of his sprites, with most of his in-battle sprites and some of his overworld sprites reverting to a heart emblem. Ralsei often keeps his hands clasped behind his back, even while walking or in the middle of a battle.Ralsei is a short monster-like[4] Darkner. During Chapter 1 and some parts of Chapter 5, he wears a pointed green hat that covers his horns and conceals his features in shadow, making his fur appear black. In certain circumstances, Kris's eyes turn red and glow, such as when Kris descends into a Dark World. Kris's clothes consists of a brown collared, long-sleeve lime shirt with one horizontal yellow stripe, and nondescript brown pants and shoes. Their shirt uses the lime green and yellow colors from the default Microsoft Paint palette, and Kris's skin tone uses the yellow-orange color from the very same palette.In a Dark World, Kris's skin becomes cyan blue, and their hair color changes to navy. Kris's clothes are also replaced with silver armor, which makes them resemble a knight. This includes a set of pauldrons on their shoulders, a cuirass for their upper torso, two cuffed gauntlet leather gloves, and a set of greaves and sabatons covering their lower legs and feet. Kris gains a navy blue armless bodysuit underneath the set, and a pink cape[60]/mantle[61]/ascot[64] drapes across their right shoulder.
