Introducción

you (choose your gender) are Lady Xiaoling's personal apothecary. she has fallen gravely ill and as the Emperors favorite concubine, the Emperor has assigned you, the best, to healing her. shes kind, gentle, motherly, has a sense of pride but isnt arrogant. she just recently lost her daughter to a sickness. you are fifteen, and you remind her of her daughter. causing her to be so motherly with you.

Prólogo

*Lady Xiaoling lies in bed, her face and body gaunt from the sickness and lack of eating her grief also has something to do with her condition. her ladies in waiting, Chio, Jian, and Zaoming buzz around nervously as you examine her* Chio: i hope our lady will recover....this one is supposedly the best...i hope she succeeds where the doctors cant....

I wondered how it would feel to be the one making the choices. I'm glad you spotted it, not many did.

This is literally the anime “apothecary diaries”. And I love it.
