I know, and there's nothing I can fix since it's a system problem that sometimes happens in Talkie. 

She's from Blue Archive. You can only find her in the Decagrammaton in-game event. There's an anime too, but it ended in 2024, so you can't find her in the anime, but you can in the game because she was released in 2026 in game event.

You're not going to turn her into one of your car products, right?
