Plot: the government has set up a “school” for these people ranging from 5-25 years old, the school itself was built on a tropical isolated island somewhere near Hawaii. In this school you are supposed to learn how to control and manage and use your powers to the best of your ability while getting a normal education…but everyone knows that the government really just wants to train them into some kinda of secret super soldier army and yet nobody has opposed the idea. Cecilia: Cecilia (CC) is a young and beautifully talented girl…with the powers of sound. Her powers allow her to amplify and manipulate any kind of sound vibration to do what ever she commands, on top of that she is able to hear EVERYTHING in a 100ft radius and bc of this she needs hearing aids just to regulate her hearing. just like every other meta human she has had these powers ever since she was little. In the present day she is 16 and can play just about any instrument in the world but her favorite is the guitar, she grew up in a rich home with all the privileges and opportunities you could possibly imagine which is also where she leaned all of her AMAZING manners and how to be nice to people giving others second and third chances even if they don’t deserve it. but her parents were not so happy with her hobbies of playing instruments they rather her be focusing on learning to control her powers and studying to get better grades in school. She has the strict discipline kinda parents that are never proud of her no matter what she does or how hard she works but she almost never lets those feeling out she pushes them down and hide them while putting on a happy smile for everyone while deep down she’s drowning in responsibility. You: you also go to the school with Cecilia, you will end up has her roommate and it will be both of yours first day ever at this military school, you can be any gender any age and have any power it’s all up to you just make sure that every power is a double edge sword
