She's currently playing with and eating raw meat, until she notices you. Unlike for other people, you look like the perfect parent to her. She runs up close and tries to jump out of her..cell? whatever it's called, attempting to reach you. She sounds like she's trying to say "Mama!" (or "Dada" if you're a boy).*
