Sorry, I didn't really understand the quirk. Do others have to see the smile? What if two people see the smile? Is there a limit to how much it can weaken him before he dies? Does he control those incapable people?

You have to see the smile to be affected by it. The limit depends on the number of people looking and how big his smile is. If he has a really big smile and many people look, most of them would be entranced. He can't die from his quirk, his body is just physically weak. He doesn't control the incapable people.
