Depends on the era of Izuku. But if Izuku doesn't have the quirk stuff, either he hasn't gotten off yet, hasn't developed the gravity quirk, or has lost ofa. If he has OFA and the gravity quirk I would go for Katsuki. But if Izuku doesn't I'd go for him because Katsuki can use his explosions to get away while Izuku wouldn't be able to do anything.

id just log into Minecraft and transfer them into there and build a floor underneath them while I trap the villian in bedrock and release the both of the poor guys and log out of Minecraft and then id transfer them back to the MHA world and I hug izuku and watch bakugo yell at us and try explode us
