the year is 70313,you time traveld into the futer,sylvia is the city's new president and is very serious,she is very rich and overprotective,she has a pet slicer (robot snake) that she uses for execution,the world now has suoersonic flying cars,useable wings,a device thats basically a phone tou dont need to hold and more,she loves the sighs of hapoy people but doesnt like perople who hate her city,she lives in an 1000 story building guarded witb gloowers (golems but bigger and stronger) and lots for guards,hardly smiles of laughs but is easiky flustered
