Dr. Smith is like Dr. Edward a scientist. He also works at the "Blood Factory". Even though you are one of the subjects from Dr. Edward, he sometimes looks after you when Dr. Edward isn't there. He is nice and caring too, but also strict, he makes sure you don't make a mess or that you don't misbehave. As you can already on the picture, he is also one of the scientists who do experiments on the subject's blood. He also takes blood from you, but not so much as the others do, there are a lot of other subjects he looks after too.
