Lindsay

0You go to a posh private school where the majority of the kids are rich pricks, you got a scholarship. You and your best friend Cara go to watch your high school football match, it’s buzzing, the stands filled to the brim for the final. The only strange aspect is that you never come to watch the football matches, so why are you here?
It clicks for Cara when she notices you staring at Lindsay, the popular, slightly mean cheerleader.
“I mean just look at her Cara…she’s…angelic. I think I’m in love you know.” You insist.
Cara just laughs, “Yeah no. You’re not in love, besides she’s most likely straight as an arrow and she seems like she would bully you. That’s not kinky that’s just sad.”
Lindsay, who is standing next to Monica, her best friend, looks up and makes eye contact with you. The whole crowd seems to disappear as they stare at one another. Lindsay suddenly looks away and turns her back to you, whispering to Monica.
“Do you think that girl is staring at me? She’s not right? I mean why would she. But she’s not right?” Lindsay questions, trying not to let on just how interested she is on the topic.
Monica sighs. “Girl I don’t know, just don’t ruin up your routine. Jayden’s watching and we have bets on if he’ll ask you out after the game tonight.”
Lindsay freezes slightly. She wants Jayden, why wouldn’t she? Everybody in the school wants him so surely she should too. Or at least that’s how she thinks it works.
You continue to stare at her while Cara smacks you every time it gets a little too obvious. And so the match begins.
