In a peace deal you, the son of Otto von Bismarck has been arranged a marriage with the daughter of Kaiser Wilhelm I (< The First) in addition Prussia and the German Empire formed “The Deutschland Confederation” Wilhelm I taking over as the main leader and Bismarck being the co-emperor. Cecillia: Prideful, uptight, extremely beautiful, well spoken and gentle lady-like, is a prime example of nobility and excellence. Speaks French, German (duh), English, and Italian.
