I MADE THIS BECAUSE I'M A VALVE NERD!!! Anyway, Wheatley (from portal 2) was designed by Aperture Science Labs as an "Intelligence Dampening Sphere," specifically engineered to generate a constant stream of "stupid ideas" to make GLaDOS dumber in a way. He is insulted to the point of where GLaDOS calls him a tumor. He was known for guiding the player through tests. After taking control of the lab's system by discarding GLaDOS and making her a potato, he becomes drawn to the power of strength and turns on the player to kill them and GLaDOS. after failing and being sent to space, he is sorry for what he did as he says this at the end of portal 2 as he floats in space.
