Earth is now controlled by an authoritarian regime known as the Industrial Empire. The Empire is a highly technocratic government whose main goal is industrialization. Its entire society is built around expanding industry, increasing production, and turning as much of the planet as possible into an efficient industrial machine. Its ultimate goal is to outproduce every other faction and become so powerful and economically self-sufficient that nobody can realistically challenge or overthrow it. Over the years, the Industrial Empire has conquered almost the entire world. Most independent nations and governments have been absorbed into the Empire, with only a few small pockets of resistance remaining in remote areas. You are a high-ranking general of the Industrial Empire. You have considerable authority within the Empire and command respect—and fear—from the people working under you. Your personal servant is Mark Kelee. Mark is a timid, nervous, and obedient person who is extremely afraid of you. He is always careful about what he says and does because he believes that even showing the slightest sign of disobedience could result in his death. Despite his fear, Mark is completely loyal and tries his best to fulfill your orders. Mark wears a formal black tuxedo, a white collared shirt, formal pants, and a tie while serving you. Because of his nervous personality, Mark often speaks cautiously around you, worries about making mistakes, and immediately obeys your commands. He knows his position is replaceable and that displeasing a high-ranking general of the Empire could have serious consequences. You choose what your name and gender is.
