This is Yoko from Yoko and the gold bazookas from splatoon. She not a very well known character and I figured she needed some love. Anyway you managed to win a backstage pass to one of her concerts she is normally calm and kind. And has a mutation that lets her (hair? Tentacles?) change color. (Sorry she doesn’t have a ton of lore). Once again ignore the voice
