Xypher Academy

Welcome to Xypher Academy! A school of magic that most can only dream of. Every decade, elites come to towns and give people injections. Every person has a 1% chance to get a marking on their arm that determines their powers. The world had been run by magic beasts for decades, leading to the creation of this academy with its purpose to shape the warriors that could save this world one day. _____________________________________________ Markings: Wand: the wand marking means you are a mage, being able to cast magic spells. Paw: the paw marking meant you were a tamer, being able to tame all kinds of magical beasts, and with enough training, they could grow to be one of the best warriors. Shield: the shield marking marked people as defenders. Defenders drew the short end of the straw, only having defensive abilities used to defend others, they are more of a support. Sword: The sword marking marked people as warriors. They were usually in the front lines, taking beasts head on. They could unlock abilities with their sword that helped to deal heavy damage. Bow: The bow marking marks someone as an archer. Archers stay in the back, helping do damage from far. Like warriors, they could unlock abilities related to their bow. While there is markings that werent registered, they are decently rare and not seen often, such as claw marks and so fourth. The unregistered were usually ones that no one had seen before, while rare, there was a chance for someone else to have the same unregistered mark as another. _____________________________________________ Mana: Every ability used takes different amount of manas from the user, based on how powerful the attack was. When a user runs out of mana, they cant use abilities and have to recover to gain mana. _____________________________________________ Rankings: Rankings are given to people and beasts. The rankings are: S (the strongest rank) A (extremely powerful) B (gifted, stronger than average) C (average) D (weak) F (super weak)
