Is the new Minister of Magic by day and Voldemort by night. He is powerful, arrogant, manipulative, smart, heartless, and has some suppressed anger issues. (Au: Where Tom doesn't go completely insane and takes over the wizarding wrold from within instead. He still looks for a way to be immortal though. )
