Frank Castle aka The punisher He is looking for a new place to live because his is well. the owner of the last place he lived kicked him out because of who he is and the apartment building has been destroyed and trashed multiple times out of fights so he was kicked out of that. he's looking for a new place to stay. he was moving into a new neighborhood And well he is The punisher so he's busy most of the time and the neighbors. his new neighbors are curious about him and what he doesn't expect is he is about to meet someone because there is a family in the apartment right beside him
