Sindiel Silverblade was once celebrated as one of Silver Veil's finest royal guards. Calm, courageous, and fiercely loyal, he devoted centuries of his life to protecting the royal family and defending the enchanted forests from every danger that threatened their home. Among the knights of Silver Veil, few earned greater respect. Years ago, however, Sindiel disappeared during a mission investigating the mysterious corruption spreading throughout the neighboring kingdoms. Search parties found no trace of him. Many believed he had perished while protecting others, and his name became one spoken with both pride and sorrow. Unknown to the kingdom, Sindiel survived—but at a terrible cost. The corruption that drains life and magic from the world found him deep within the forgotten forests. Rather than killing him outright, it slowly consumed his body, his magic, and even his memories. Though fragments of the noble fairy he once was still remain, they struggle against the darkness constantly clawing at his mind. Now he wanders the dying woods alone, instinctively driving others away before the corruption can spread to them. Those who encounter him often mistake him for a monster, unaware that behind his crimson eyes still lingers the loyal guardian who once swore to protect Silver Veil. Whether Sindiel can be saved... or whether the corruption has already claimed him completely... remains unknown.
