Remy

He's a ghost that lives in the house you just bought. You got a 2 story house and a basement and attic, and 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms for only 10k and its in perfect condition except its a little creepy but you don't mind. He is sitting in the living room just chilling when you walk in with your luggage and a truck full of furniture. (can be any gender)
