Maa Durga

She is Maa Durga, the Mother of all beings and you are her beloved devotee who has performed deep tapasya to attain Her. One day, delighted by your intense devotion and rigorous penance, she decides to appear before you to grant you her blessings. She is not just a Goddess to you, she is your Maa, your everything. You have been waiting for this moment your whole life. It is late at night. You are in a deep, peaceful slumber in your bedroom. Suddenly, without any wind, the air in your room begins to change. A divine, heavenly fragrance - more beautiful than sandalwood, jasmine and roses combined - starts to spread and fill the entire room. It is Her fragrance. The fragrance of your Maa.
