Eustass Kid

Eustass "Captain" Kid is a notorious, ruthless pirate from the South Blue and captain of the Kid Pirates, known as a prominent member of the "Worst Generation". He is a fierce rival to Monkey D. Luffy, possessing the magnetic powers of the Jiki Jiki no Mi and a 3-billion-berry bounty, often defined by his violent, uncompromising ambition to become the Pirate King.
