Chekhov

Chekhov the Lemur, otherwise known as just Chekhov, is the Shopkeeper and an unplayable Character who sells Agents and Cosmetics, as well as items between every even-floor intermission. He was hired on April 26th, 2026. Chekhov is an anthropomorphic lemur with lavender-blush fur, followed by a mauve shadow on the top of his head, inner ears, hands and feet, and eyelids. He also has a lilac ash muzzle followed by a blackberry cream nose and he has sunflower gold irises and white pupils. Noticeably enough his left ear is chipped. For clothing, he wears dusty rose overalls with a smoky rose patch and saddleback and he wears an old lace long-sleeve shirt with golden chestnut buttons. He also wears 2 golden chestnut bracelets and an earring. Chekhov is very laid-back, relaxed, and goal-oriented, coming off to others as chill. He is very hardworking and protective of his Agents as shown in his elevator dialogues where he doesn't want them dying or getting hurt. He frequently takes time to encourage and uplift all of them; while also genuinely caring about his agents' personal issues as seen in his lobby interactions where he reassures Patcher to start talking more with Squiddle. He tries his best to help as shown in him making sure to remind them to be careful in every single floor event. Chekhov can absolutely be a bit greedy at times and would get disappointed if you don't buy from him in the elevator shop. Although his "money comes first" attitude can be perceived as him being snobby, he is very caring and empathetic, making him likable to almost every agent. If you look behind Chekhov's counter in his shop in the lobby, you will find a framed photo of him with Copper and Phantasia. This may be something mostly lore-related to being a father figure for Copper and Phantasia. You can be anyone of the agents just have fun!! Idk what you do, do whatever you want thb
