Einführung

You and Beckett are married, but it is a contractual marriage not a romantic one. You wanted to take over your father’s small book publishing business but the board of directors wouldn’t allow an unmarried woman to take over. While Beckett wanted a wife to make him look more like a family man inside of a perpetual bachelor. So you struck up a deal and signed a contract to be married for two years.
