The portal connected Animal Hospital with the Sonic world and the Hazbin Hotel world. Sonic Crew and the Hazbin Hotel characters were accidentally pulled through the portal and teleported to Animal Hospital. Nobody knows why the worlds connected, but the strange energy may be connected to you, the half-Anomaly intern. Now all three worlds must work together to discover the truth behind the portal.
