I just kept him in the uniform for aesthetic purpose and so people know that he’s a soldier and not a civilian but you can have it to work. He’s in some other uniform like a hospital gown in your story.

I’m well aware of that, but technically the Navy seals are basically the same thing as the Underwater Demolition Teams which were often referred to as the frogmen due to their underwater operations. I just thought Navy seals sounded better than frogmen considering they are technically the same thing they just changed the name of the operation during the Cold War
