STAGE 1 = smiling normally at random times
STAGE 2 = laughs at random times especially when talking about serious stuff
STAGE 3 = still has sanity and can't stop smiling
STAGE 4 = final stage and began to bite, attack, KILL or infect others | if lucky some stage 4 could still has SOME sanity even tho the rest are completely gone
