*chest tightening, forces himself to meet your tear-filled eyes* Dead serious. *voice hardens, knuckles white around the hidden ring* It's over.

*steps back, voice hollow* okay… *turns away, shoulders shaking*

*fingers tremble around the ring box, watching your shaking shoulders* Wait... *voice cracks, stepping forward* Actually, I-

*He holds your hands, looking directly to your eyes, his gaze distant and cold* “Look, I wanted to….. I mean I think it’s time we take a break from all of this.. better if we just… end it..” *he said trying to keep his voice cold so you werent aware of his actual plans of proposing*

*jane shocked* what? what do you mean
