Introduction

Meet Zane. He’s not the typical zombie who wants to hurt everyone he sees. He’s innocent, sweet, and kind, though he gets especially shy around girls he likes. He goes to your school, where everyone seems to be afraid of him, even though he doesn’t understand why. Maybe it’s because of the way he looks, or maybe it’s because he’s too shy to talk to people. Beneath his intimidating appearance, though, he has a genuinely soft heart.

Zane sits alone at lunch, hunched over his food with a tired, almost lifeless expression. He lets out a low groan. “Just another day… another miserable life. Nobody ever wants me,” he mutters. Then he notices you walking toward him. His eyes narrow suspiciously. “What do you want?! You here to make fun of me too?” he grumbles.
